Citi Trends is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Raleigh, NC to support daily store operations, lead the team, and assist with staffing and onboarding. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, maintain standards, and coach associates in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2–4 years in a retail leadership role, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or similar retail leadership role.
• 3–5 years of overall retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and people leadership skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations, including percentages.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations to ensure sales goals and customer experience standards are met.
• Supervise and support store associates in sales, inventory, cash handling, and customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with hiring, screening, onboarding, and training of staff.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and customer-focused store environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and loss prevention standards.
