Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily store operations and customer service.
• Coach and mentor a team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates.
• Maintain merchandising standards and visual presentation.
• Drive sales targets and store performance through coaching.
• Manage inventory, shipments, and shrink with Loss Prevention team.
• Assist in recruitment, training, scheduling, and retention.
• Support adherence to policies, SOPs and safety procedures.
• Communicate insights to Store Manager to improve performance.
