Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader for our Aurora, IL location to assist the Store Manager with daily operations and associate training, delivering exceptional customer service. You will help with cashiering, opening/closing, merchandising, cash management, and shipment processing while promoting the store’s membership program to foster loyalty.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1+ year in a retail leadership role, and willingness to travel between store locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ year of experience as keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader.
• Ability to travel between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Train and develop sales associates for product knowledge and engagement.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, cash handling, merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and visual merchandising updates.
• Open/close the store, ensure cleanliness, safety, and policy compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention and promote the store's loyalty program.
• Process transactions accurately at the point of sale and participate in promotions.
