Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; ability to interpret directives.
• Retail store management experience preferred in grocery/drug/retail.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers with questions and maintain a friendly environment.
• Organize merchandise from delivery to stockroom and shelves.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain promotional displays and store cleanliness.
• Support in ordering, processing damaged goods, payroll and scheduling, and cash deposits.
• Protect assets and follow safety policies.
• Train and develop store associates.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
