Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help oversee daily store operations, customer service, and team development at our Florida location. You will assist with merchandising, opening/closing procedures, payroll and scheduling, loss prevention, and training Store Associates while maintaining a safe, friendly environment.

This role offers growth opportunities in a fast-paced retail setting and requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to lead a high-energy team.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with store operations and day-to-day activities.
• Provide friendly customer service and address questions or concerns.
• Organize merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
• Open and close procedures and maintain store standards.
• Support payroll, scheduling, and cash handling, and loss prevention.
