Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; ability to read and explain directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical store duties.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations and activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Organize and move merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and store communications.
• Maintain and enhance promotional displays and fixtures.
• Assist in ordering, processing damaged merchandise, records, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Keep store areas clean, stocked, and presentable.
• Protect assets and ensure cash security.
• Support Store Manager in training and developing Store Associates.
