Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with daily store activities, help customers, organize merchandise, and ensure store standards are met.

The role involves opening/closing procedures, processing directives, maintaining displays, and training Store Associates to deliver friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process directives and store communications related to activities.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays.
