Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager for the Perimeter Store in Atlanta, GA. You will support the Store Manager by hiring, training, motivating and supervising staff while ensuring customer and donor satisfaction, displays, merchandising and budget performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience supervising 15+ employees in food services, manufacturing, production or retail, or one year supervision with completed Goodwill training.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 1 year supervisory experience in logistics, retail, warehouse, fast food, restaurants, B2B accounts or related field.
• 4+ years of military service with supervisory experience in lieu of the above

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in hiring, training, motivating and supervising staff.
• Lead meetings and drive the store toward meeting budgeted financial performance.
• Maintain displays and merchandising presentations and ensure cash handling policy is followed.
