The role involves 45+ hour weeks, seven-day operation, and opportunities to advance as you progress. Prior experience in retail and a strong team leadership mindset are essential.

Formación

• 2+ years experience supervising 15+ employees in food services, manufacturing, production or retail or 1 year with training completed.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Store Manager in running the store, including hiring, training, motivating and supervising staff.
• Lead meetings and help the store meet customer and donor satisfaction standards.
• Maintain displays and merchandising presentations and ensure cash handling per policy.
