Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a hands-on Retail Assistant Store Manager for the Northside location in Atlanta. You will support the Store Manager with staff supervision, training, and daily operations to meet customer and donor satisfaction.

This role requires 2+ years supervising teams, strong communication, and experience with POS systems and MS Office. You’ll help drive merchandising, budget performance, and continuous improvements in a fast-paced thrift-store environment.

Qualificações

• 2+ years experience in supervision of 15+ employees in food services, manufacturing, production or retail
• Or a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Retail, Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, or Economics plus 1 year of supervisory experience
• Or 4+ years of military service with supervisory experience

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Store Manager in hiring, training, motivating and supervising staff.
• Lead meetings, ensure customer and donor satisfaction standards, maintain displays and merchandising.
• Drive the store toward meeting or exceeding budgeted financial performance; ongoing training provided.
