Job summary

Cash America Pawn is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead our team in a dynamic retail environment. You will support daily operations, coach staff, and focus on delivering excellent customer service while driving store profitability.

You'll gain hands-on leadership experience with a wide range of merchandise and collaborate with the Store Manager to meet performance goals and maintain inventory integrity. Strong communication and a flexible retail schedule are required.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and serve as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Coach, train, and develop team members to meet company standards.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent.
• Help drive store sales, profitability, and performance goals.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support asset protection initiatives.
• Open and close the store, including cash handling and procedures.
• Monitor loan and buying transactions for compliance and accuracy.
• Maintain attractive merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Analyze performance metrics and support business objectives.
• Build product knowledge across merchandise categories.
