Cash America Pawn is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations and lead a team across a wide range of merchandise. You will coach staff, ensure outstanding customer service, and help drive profitability while maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and serve as Manager on Duty as needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve concerns.
• Coach, train, and develop team members to standards.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent.
• Help drive store sales, profitability, and performance goals.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support asset protection.
• Open/close store, manage cash handling and procedures.
• Monitor loans and buying transactions for compliance and accuracy.
• Maintain attractive merchandising and store presentation.
• Analyze performance metrics to achieve business objectives.
• Build product knowledge across merchandise categories.
