Cash America Pawn is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager, lead daily operations, coach staff, and drive profitability across a diverse merchandise mix including jewelry, electronics, tools, and more.

You will deliver exceptional customer service, develop team members, and help meet performance goals while managing inventories, cash handling, and merchandising standards. A competitive pay and commission structure enhance the opportunity.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with a、高 school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous leadership or management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, team development, and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.
• Experience with firearms in FFL locations; certification provided.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and serve as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Coach, train, and develop team members to meet company standards.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent.
• Help drive store sales, profitability, and performance goals.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support asset protection initiatives.
• Open and close the store, including cash handling and operational procedures.
• Monitor loan and buying transactions to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Maintain attractive merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Analyze performance metrics and support the achievement of business objectives.
• Build product knowledge across a wide variety of merchandise categories.
