Job summary

Cash America Pawn is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager in Dallas to help lead the team and drive store performance. You will mentor staff, deliver excellent customer service, and partner with the Store Manager on daily operations, merchandising, and profitability.

The role offers competitive hourly pay with commission and opportunities for bonuses. This position requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays, with wage access and employee discounts available from day one.

Qualifications

• Leadership and coaching experience required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and act as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Coach, train, and develop team members to meet company standards.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent.
• Help drive store sales, profitability, and performance goals.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support asset protection initiatives.
• Open and close the store, including cash handling and procedures.
• Monitor loan and buying transactions for compliance and accuracy.
• Maintain attractive merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Analyze performance metrics and support business objectives.
• Build product knowledge across merchandise categories.
