Cash America Pawn is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager in the United States to support daily store operations and lead a team. The role offers an hourly wage with unlimited commission and a store performance bonus, plus benefits and growth opportunities.

You will coach staff, drive sales, manage customer relationships, and help ensure profitability while maintaining inventory accuracy and strong merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Previous leadership, key-holder, supervisory, or management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, team development, and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided).
• Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus.
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas.

• Support daily store operations and serve as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns.

• Maintain inventory accuracy and support asset protection initiatives.
• Open and close the store, including cash handling and operational procedures.
• Monitor loan and buying transactions to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Maintain attractive merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Analyze performance metrics and support the achievement of business objectives.
• Build product knowledge across a wide variety of merchandise categories.
