You will play a key role in growth across the store, acting as a brand ambassador and leading through strong connections with customers.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and a customer-first selling culture, with responsibilities including payroll targets, floor leadership, and driving product storytelling in-store.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a manager role, preferably in a retail setting.

• Effective communication skills, open to feedback, and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set and reinforce clear performance expectations and goals with all associates.
• Lead as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience, vendor relations, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to support plans that improve results and execute operations.
• Lead floorset direction to bring the product story to life.
• Meet payroll targets by ensuring appropriate sales floor coverage and selling focus.
• Coach and motivate associates to improve selling and customer experience.
