Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Las Vegas, NV. You will help lead store operations, train staff, and deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining brand standards and inventory control.

The role emphasizes teamwork, sales leadership, and adherence to company policies. As a key member of the store team, you’ll manage scheduling, drive the customer experience, and support the Store Manager in achieving targets.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and manage tasks with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues, customer complaints, etc.
• Lead store staff through training, goal setting, and supervision.
• Maintain a productive, respectful team environment per company standards.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and adherence to policies in the store.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and compliance with store procedures.
• Execute the selling strategy to meet KPIs and deliver customer service.
