Job summary

Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Medford to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and coach team members. You will oversee scheduling, customer service, inventory, and visual merchandising while ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.

The ideal candidate brings leadership, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to optimize store performance. As a core member of the store team, you’ll report to the Store Manager and help deliver an exceptional shopping

Qualifications

• Experience generating sales and reducing shrink.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead as Manager on duty for scheduling and customer issues.
• Coach store associates through training programs and goals; monitor progress.
• Administer disciplinary steps with verbal and written warnings as needed.
• Foster an inclusive, productive team environment and uphold Brand Standards.
• Open/close store per Procedures & Policies Manual and support inventory counts.
