Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help with store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with daily store functions, help customers, and ensure merchandise is organized from delivery to floor.

Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, payroll records, loss prevention, and maintaining clean, well-stocked areas. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work in a high-energy team, and experience in retail management is

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required; ability to read and explain directives.
• Store management experience in retail or grocery environment preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills required
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment

Responsabilidades

• Assist with daily store functions and operations.
• Help customers with questions and concerns in a positive manner.
• Organize merchandise transfers from delivery to stockroom and sales floor; maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process directives and communications related to store activities
• Maintain promotional displays and store-front fixtures.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged items, and cash handling
• Keep store areas well-stocked and clean; protect assets including store cash
• Ensure adherence to policies and safety guidelines; supervise and train associates
• Create a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, floors, and common areas
• Other duties as assigned
