Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with day-to-day store activities, help customers, organize merchandise, and help with opening and closing procedures.

You will also participate in implementing corporate directives, maintain promotional displays, assist in payroll and scheduling, and help train and supervise store associates to ensure a safe, friendly, and efficient store environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail store management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and frequent walking/standing.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to read and explain operational directives.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with daily store operations and activities.
• Support Store Manager with training and development of associates.
• Move merchandise from delivery to stockroom and floor.
• Open/close procedures and maintain store cleanliness.
• Process directives including payroll, scheduling, and deposits.
• Ensure store assets and cash are secured.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain safety.
• Adhere to company policies and loss prevention.
