Job summary

FirstCash, Inc. in Texarkana, TX is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations with the Store Manager. You will drive customer service, oversee inventory, and manage loans while developing staff and promoting a positive work environment.

You will earn an hourly wage between $11.50 and $14.00 plus commission based on productivity and a store-performance bonus, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health, 401k, tuition reimbursement, and Earned Wage Access.

Qualifications

• Stand, walk, climb, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Minimum age 18 with high school diploma or GED.
• Experience supervising others and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Recruit and develop store employees; promote a positive environment.
• Monitor asset protection and inventory controls; manage loans.
• Open and close store; cash handling and procedures.
• Drive profitability through financial statements and goal setting.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues.
• Comply with FirstCash standards and training.
