Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Dallas to oversee daily store operations, develop staff, recruit talent, and promote customer satisfaction. This role partners with the Store Manager to meet financial goals and protect assets.

The position offers hourly pay of 13.00 to 19.00 per hour, plus commission up to 8% on transactions and a performance bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k), paid vacation, and Earned Wage Access.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ months of management/3rd key experience.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform standing/walking tasks.
• Willing to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends/holidays.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged; strong supervision and cash handling skills.
• Firearms handling/certification ability may be required per state laws.

Responsibilities

• Foster a customer-centric environment and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist in training Pawnbrokers to meet FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent through company-prescribed channels.
• Open/close the store, count cash, and protect assets.
• Manage inventory, loans, merchandising, and reporting.
• Analyze financial statements and drive profitability.
• Ensure operations meet FirstCash standards and loan quality.
• Act as manager on duty when Store Manager is away.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
