FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Austin, TX. The role supports the Store Manager in daily operations, staff development, recruitment, and customer relations to maintain a customer-centric store environment.

The position offers an hourly wage ($16.00–$20.00 per hour) with commissions based on productivity and a performance bonus. Comprehensive benefits and Earned Wage Access are available to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to supervise others.
• Must be able to work 40+ hours per week.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends/holidays.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience operating POS systems.
• Lifts up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Foster a customer-centric environment and address issues promptly.
• Assist in training Pawnbrokers to FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent via company channels.
• Open/close store, count cash and ensure asset protection.
• Manage inventory, loans, merchandising, and store systems.
• Monitor financials and drive profitability with goals.
• Maintain compliance with FirstCash standards.
