• Minimum six months of management/3rd key experience.
• Assist store manager and lead employees to deliver results.
• Focus on customer satisfaction and productive store environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a customer-centric environment by engaging customers professionally.
• Monitor and assist in the training of Pawnbrokers to meet FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent through prescribed channels.
• Open and close the store, counting cash and merchandise while protecting assets.
• Ensure asset protection through inventory control and documentation.
• Manage store processes including inventory, loans, merchandising, and reporting.
• Drive profitability by communicating goals and monitoring financial statements.
• Maintain store standards to meet FirstCash requirements.
• Monitor loan qualifications and buying processes for value and integrity.
• Complete training and self-development tasks as assigned.
• Communicate clearly with staff about the store mission and objectives.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge.
• Act as manager on duty in the absence of the Store Manager.
