Qualifications

• 2-4 years management in retail sales.
• 2-4 years sales & sales management experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations, including hiring, scheduling, training, marketing, and loss prevention.
• Drive sales and meet monthly targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Mentor and develop team through coaching and performance plans.
• Maintain a neat, organized store environment and protect assets.
• Lead by example and stay current on products and services.
