Qualifications

• Oversee customer service leadership with training and coaching.
• Maintain high retention by developing leaders and staff.
• Assist in merchandising and marketing program implementation.
• Handle cash and fuel transactions and promote loyalty programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe store following sanitation procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; computer skills.
• High School diploma or GED preferred; retail management exp acceptable.
• Valid driver's license with ongoing auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain retention by developing leaders and hiring qualified staff.
• Assist in merchandising and marketing program implementation.
• Ensure cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty program promotion.
