Job summary

Roses is seeking an Assistant Manager/Key Carrier in Charlotte, NC, to provide outstanding customer service and support the Store Manager in daily operations.

You will help hire/train staff, manage opening/closing, protect assets, and ensure a friendly, high-energy store environment.

Flexible full-time hours, including weekends and holidays, offer growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Prefer prior retail and management experience.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to lift, bend and transport merchandise weighing up to 50lbs; frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hiring, training and development of store team members as delegated by the Store Manager.
• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities as directed by the Store Manager.
• Open and close procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Protect and secure all company assets, including store cash.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
