Roses/Roses Express in Inman, SC is seeking motivated individuals to support our stores by delivering excellent customer service and assisting the Store Manager with daily operations to meet company goals.

As an Assistant Manager/Key Carrier you will hire and train staff, supervise hourly team members, manage opening and closing procedures, protect assets, and maintain a welcoming shopping environment. The role requires flexibility for days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management or supervisory roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hiring, training and development of store team members.
