Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, bend and transport merchandise up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hiring, training and development of store team members as delegated by the Store Manager.
• Assist with day-to-day store operations and opening/closing procedures.
• Protect and secure store assets, including cash, in accordance with policies.
• Maintain a clean, safe and customer-friendly store environment.
• Direct hourly Team Members when Store Manager is not on premises.
• Support freight flow, stocking, planning and execution of directives in weekly bulletins.
