Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail management experience
• Stay up to date with current fashion trends
• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays
• Able to bend, reach, lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds (18 kg)

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Director & Associate Store Manager to impact business results and profitability
• Own assigned division (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling)
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology with accountability
• Assist with recruiting, training and development as needed
• Collaborate with leadership to create a collaborative environment for all associates
• Ensure the team consistently exceeds goals and delivers best-in-class customer service
• Lead product knowledge sessions to boost sales and engagement
• Develop community engagement and loyalty through events
• Step into multiple roles on the sales floor when needed
