J.Crew Group (JCG) seeks an Assistant Manager to join the leadership team. You’ll drive profitability through genuine customer connections, brand loyalty, and strong community engagement, while coaching the sales team to maximize performance.

You’ll collaborate with the rest of the leadership team to adapt strategies for business success and provide smooth operational support as needed, with scheduling flexibility including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years retail management experience.
• Passionately support our brand, customers and teams.
• Stay up to date with fashion trends and industry developments.
• Scheduling flexibility including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to bend, lift up to 40 pounds and move merchandise.

Aufgaben

• Support the Store Director and Associate Store Manager to impact business results.
• Own your division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology while ensuring accountability.
• Assist with recruiting, training and development efforts as needed.
• Collaborate with leadership to create a collaborative working environment.
• Ensure the team exceeds goals and provides best-in-class customer service.
• Lead product knowledge sessions to boost associate knowledge and customer connection.
• Engage the community and build loyalty through events.
• Step into various roles on the sales floor as needed.
