Athleta in Issaquah, WA is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead store teams and bring the Athleta brand to life for customers. You will drive profitable sales, oversee customer and product operations, merchandising, and talent development, and support execution of store strategy with your General Manager.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers and team to meet goals.
• Passion for retail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Driven by metrics to achieve business goals.
• Ability to lead and mentor others through coaching.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, overtime and weekends.
• Ability to use retail technology.
• Walk and stand on the sales floor, stockroom and office; lift up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to travel as required.
