You will drive profitable sales growth through customer-centric practices, merchandise execution, and talent development, working closely with the General Manager to coach Leads and Brand Associates toward top-tier performance.

You will build a high-performing team, execute store strategies, and ensure consistent SOPs while representing Athleta in the local retail landscape

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Own an assigned area of responsibility and implement action plans.
