Athleta is seeking an Assistant Manager in San Francisco to lead store operations, coaching a team and delivering a best-in-class customer experience. You’ll drive profitable sales growth through customer engagement, merchandising execution, and talent development in collaboration with the store leadership.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of retail management experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, overnights and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Support strategies to drive store sales and deliver results through a customer-centric mindset.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associates and Experts teams.
• Own assigned area of responsibility.
• Implement action plans to maximize efficiencies and productivity.
• Perform Service Leader duties.
• Ensure consistent execution of standard operating procedures.
• Represent the brand and understand the retail landscape.
• Promote community involvement.
• Leverage omni-channel to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
• Ensure all compliance standards are met.
