You will drive profitable sales growth through customer and product operations, merchandising, and talent development, partnering with the GM to coach Leads, Experts and Brand Associates for a best-in-class customer experience.

You will recruit and develop teams, own your area of responsibility, and ensure consistent execution of procedures while leveraging omni-channel to enhance the customer

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and the ability to lead and coach a team.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associate and Expert teams.
• Own assigned area of responsibility and implement action plans.
