You’ll partner with the Store Director to meet goals, lead assigned divisions, recruit and develop talent, and ensure outstanding service. This role requires flexibility, fashion awareness, and a passion for teamwork and community engagement.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Director and AGM to drive profitability with brand focus.
• Own designated division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology with accountability.
• Assist with recruiting, training and development as needed.
• Collaborate to create a collaborative working environment for all associates.
• Ensure the team stays on track to exceed goals and provide best-in-class service.
• Lead product knowledge sessions to elevate authentic customer connections.
• Engage the community and build loyalty through events.
• Step into various roles on the sales floor when needed.
