You’ll coach the sales team and collaborate with the leadership team to adapt strategies for business success and provide smooth operational support as needed. The role requires 1–2 years of retail management experience, a passion for our brand, and the ability to lead a flexible schedule

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support Store Director & Associate Store Manager to impact business results and profitability.
• Own your division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology with accountability.
• Assist recruiting, training and development efforts when needed.
• Partner with leadership to create a collaborative working environment for all associates.
• Ensure the team stays on track to exceed goals and deliver best-in-class customer service.
• Lead fit sessions to boost product knowledge and customer connection.
• Develop innovative ways to engage the community and build loyalty through events.
• Step into various sales floor roles when needed.
