POP MART is seeking an Assistant Store Manager at Woodbury Premium Outlets, NY. You’ll lead a high-performing team, coach Brand Associates, and ensure an exceptional customer experience while driving store operations, merchandising, and sales performance under the Store Manager.

Responsibilities include opening/closing, cash handling, inventory control, and executing visual merchandising per POP MART standards. You’ll support product launches and local events to engage collectors.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business metrics.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Brand Associates and Sales Leads to achieve sales goals.
• Oversee daily store operations, inventory, merchandising, and performance.
