Job summary

Roses Express is seeking an Assistant Manager/Key Carrier to support daily store operations in Greenville, SC. You will deliver excellent customer service, assist the Store Manager with hiring, training and supervising team members, and help ensure store standards and safety procedures are followed.

The role requires flexible, full-time availability, physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a focus on achieving productivity and sales goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management or supervisory roles
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to supervise and develop a store team
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Assist with hiring, training and development of store team members
• Support Store Manager with day-to-day store operations
• Perform opening/closing procedures in absence of Store Manager
• Protect and secure store assets, including cash
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety guidelines and store standards
• Maintain clean, organized stockroom and sales floor
• Direct hourly team members in the Store Manager's absence
• Process corporate directives and assist with freight flow and merchandise receiving
