Job summary

Roses/Roses Express in Dillon, SC is seeking motivated individuals to support our stores as we provide essential products at great values to the communities we serve. As an Assistant Manager/Key Carrier you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and supporting the Store Manager with the overall operation of the store to achieve company deliverables.

Prefer prior retail and management experience.
Effective communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
Ability to lift, bend and transport merchandise weighing up to 50lbs; frequent standing and walking.

Responsibilities

Assist with hiring, training and development of store team members as delegated by the Store Manager.
Assist with all store functions and day-to-day store activities as directed by the Store Manager.
Open and close procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
Protect and secure all company assets, including store cash.
Maintain a professional and friendly environment with customers, subordinates, and supervisors.
Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
