This role partners with the Store Manager to coach staff, manage scheduling, inventory, and compliance while maintaining a welcoming guest experience.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of leadership in retail or food service, strong communication, and familiarity with POS systems; ServeSafe certification is required or you must be

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1+ year of leadership experience in retail or food service.
• Leadership: A team-first mindset with strong communication skills.
• Operations: Comfortable with scheduling, inventory, and basic store systems.
• Tech comfort: Familiar with POS systems and basic software (Word, Excel, Email).
• ServeSafe certification: Required or willingness to obtain.
