Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of leadership experience in retail or food service.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic software (Word/Excel/Email).
• ServeSafe certification required or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Support store operations including staffing, inventory, and shift leadership
• Coach and train team members to deliver friendly, efficient service
• Ensure the store stays clean, safe, and customer-ready
• Lead when the Store Manager is away to drive performance and maintain compliance standards
