PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Express store at Natick Mall. You will assist the Store Manager in supervising daily operations, training staff, and driving sales while delivering an exceptional in‑store experience for customers.

You will coach Sales Associates, manage scheduling, and help execute merchandising strategies and omnichannel initiatives to meet performance goals. Prior retail leadership and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of relevant retail or assistant manager experience preferred.
• Proficient with iPads and point‑of‑sale registers.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist Store Manager in supervising store operations and staff.
• Drive sales, coach Sales Associates, and support hiring and training.
• Maintain a positive store environment and team morale.
