Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC operates Express stores and is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Allen Premium Outlets location. You will assist the Store Manager in supervising daily operations, coaching Sales Associates, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Responsibilities include driving sales, coordinating staffing, training, and implementing company initiatives while maintaining store standards and a safe shopping environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of relevant retail experience preferred.
• Demonstrates strong customer service skills and comfortable using iPad/POS systems.
• Availability to work nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Must meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising store operations and driving sales.
• Support the Store Manager in recruiting, training and coaching Sales Associates.
• Ensure excellent customer experiences and address issues promptly.
