Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail management experience
• Scheduling flexibility including nights, weekends and holidays
• Lift at least 40 pounds

Responsibilities

• Support leadership to drive profitability through brand connections and customer service
• Own division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling)
• Manage store operations, systems and technology with accountability
• Assist with recruiting, training and development as needed
• Collaborate to create a collaborative working environment for all associates
• Ensure the team exceeds goals and delivers best-in-class service
• Lead product knowledge sessions to elevate customer connections
• Engage the community and build loyalty through events
• Step into various sales floor roles when needed
