You will oversee a designated area (e.g., Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling) and support store operations, recruitment, and development. This role requires flexibility to cover nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail management experience with similar scope.
• Passion for brand, customers, and teams.
• Flexibility with scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Support Store Director and Assistant Store Manager to drive profitability.
• Own division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology with accountability.
• Assist with recruiting, training and development as needed.
• Collaborate to create a positive, collaborative working environment.
• Ensure the team consistently delivers best-in-class customer service.
• Lead product knowledge sessions for associates to improve customer connections.
• Engage with the community through events and loyalty-building efforts.
