Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail management experience or similar scope.
• Passion for brand, customers and teams.
• Stay current with fashion trends and industry developments.
• Teamwork, flexibility and courtesy in task execution.
• Scheduling flexibility including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to bend, reach, lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Director & ASM to drive profitability and brand connection.
• Own division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
