You’ll help build community connections, lead by example on the sales floor, and drive store performance with a hospitality-first mindset.

The role requires ownership, strong communication, and the ability to manage inventory and daily operations while ensuring safety and brand consistency.

Qualifications

• 3 years of retail management experience (preferred).
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team to deliver a customer-centered experience.
• Help achieve the store's financial goals and motivate the team.
• Assist in hiring, development, and coaching of associates.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and using an omni-channel approach.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment reflecting brand standards.
• Ensure safe and efficient store operations including inventory management and daily replenishment.
• Support compliance with all policies and business practices.
• Build community connections through in-store events and philanthropy.
