Job summary

POP MART in Chicago is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a high-performing team on the sales floor and manage daily store operations. You will drive customer-first engagement, prepare staff, and ensure inventory accuracy while delivering POP MART’s premium brand experience.

You will partner with the Store Manager to hit sales KPIs, oversee merchandising, schedule staff, and support store events and activations. A passion for collectibles and pop culture is valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Brand Associates and Sales Leads to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Partner with Store Manager to achieve sales goals and KPIs (Sales, Conversion, UPT, ATV, payroll productivity, inventory accuracy).
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, safety and compliance.
• Drive merchandising, planograms, displays, and seasonal campaigns to reflect POP MART branding.
• Act as Manager on Duty when Store Manager is unavailable and support onboarding and training.
