POP MART, a leading global pop culture retailer, is hiring an Assistant Store Manager at the Fashion Outlets of Chicago. You will partner with the Store Manager to deliver outstanding customer experiences, drive sales, and lead a high-performing team.

In this role you will oversee daily operations, inventory, merchandising, and staff development, while acting as Manager on Duty when needed. Passion for collectibles and pop culture helps you connect with fans.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical ability to translate metrics into action plans.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced store.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Brand Associates and Sales Leads.
• Drive sales performance and customer engagement on the sales floor.
• Oversee daily store operations, inventory, and merchandising.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when Store Manager is unavailable.
• Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to improve results.
• Support onboarding and performance development.
